Our Policies

Booking and Reservations

- Appointments Only: All visits to the RCC require a prior booking. We do not accept walk-ins.

- Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please bring this confirmation with you on the day of your visit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- No Refunds: All activities are final sale; no refunds will be issued.

- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your scheduled activity, we will issue a credit for the full amount paid, which can be used at any future date of your choosing. Valid for one year.

Weather Policy

- Rain or Shine: Tours and Encounters are conducted regardless of weather conditions. The decision to proceed with the activity is up to the visitors.

- No Rescheduling: If a Tour or Encounter has started, there will be no rescheduling or refunds if you choose not to continue. Unless lightning is present.

Animal Availability

- Animal Encounters: Some animals may not be available due to their size and temperament at the time of your visit.

- Specific Encounters: If you are visiting for a specific animal encounter, please inquire here to check their status before scheduling your visit.

Visitor Guidelines

- Accompanied Minors: All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

- Attire: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Bug spray and sunscreen will be provided if needed.

Health and Safety

- Visitor Safety: The safety of our visitors and animals is our top priority. Please follow all instructions provided by our staff during your visit.

- Allergies: If you have any allergies, please inform us during the booking process.
