Booking and Reservations

- Appointments Only: All visits to the RCC require a prior booking. We do not accept walk-ins.

- Booking Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please bring this confirmation with you on the day of your visit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

- No Refunds: All activities are final sale; no refunds will be issued.

- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your scheduled activity, we will issue a credit for the full amount paid, which can be used at any future date of your choosing. Valid for one year.

Weather Policy

- Rain or Shine: Tours and Encounters are conducted regardless of weather conditions. The decision to proceed with the activity is up to the visitors.

- No Rescheduling: If a Tour or Encounter has started, there will be no rescheduling or refunds if you choose not to continue. Unless lightning is present.

Animal Availability

- Animal Encounters: Some animals may not be available due to their size and temperament at the time of your visit.

- Specific Encounters: If you are visiting for a specific animal encounter, please inquire here to check their status before scheduling your visit.

Visitor Guidelines

- Accompanied Minors: All children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

- Attire: We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. Bug spray and sunscreen will be provided if needed.

Health and Safety

- Visitor Safety: The safety of our visitors and animals is our top priority. Please follow all instructions provided by our staff during your visit.

- Allergies: If you have any allergies, please inform us during the booking process.

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to participants worldwide. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may enter only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by their legal guardian if selected as the winner.

Employees, affiliates, contractors, or immediate family members of Jacob Feder or Redland Conservation Center are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

• Each purchase of an eligible Jacob Feder merchandise item (including plushies, hats, or t-shirts) automatically earns one (1) entry into the giveaway.

• Multiple entries are allowed. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.

Prize Details

One (1) randomly selected winner will receive:

• Round-trip airfare for the winner and one (1) guest

• Rental car for the duration of the stay

• One (1) night stay at a 5-star beachside hotel

• One (1) full-day experience at Redland Conservation Center with Jacob Feder

• One (1) additional day to spend with the winner’s guest

Food and beverages are not included.

Guest Policy

The winner may bring one (1) guest of their choosing.

If either the winner or the guest is under eighteen (18) years of age, a legal guardian must accompany them. No exceptions will be made.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random after the giveaway period closes.The winner will be contacted via the email provided at the time of purchase or mail-in entry. If the selected winner does not respond within forty-eight (48) hours, an alternate winner will be selected. The winner will also be announced on Jacob Feder’s official social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and Snapchat.

 Travel Terms

All travel arrangements will be coordinated and paid for by Jacob Feder & Redland Conservation Center. Travel dates will be mutually agreed upon with the winner.

Winner and guest must possess valid government-issued identification and comply with all airline, hotel, and travel regulations.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and confirm that Jacob Feder & Redland Conservation Center may use the winner’s name, image, voice, and likeness for promotional, marketing, and content purposes without additional compensation.
