To visit the RCC, you will need to book a tour or encounter here. We are open by appointment only and do not accept walk ins. For any questions or inquiries regarding birthday parties, private events, tours & encounters please fill out the form located in the "Visit Us" section here.

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Bug spray and sunscreen will be provided if needed.

- All sales are final; no refunds will be issued.

- If you need to cancel your scheduled activity, we will provide a credit for the full amount paid, which can be used at any future date of your choosing, valid for one year.

- Please note that some animals may not be available due to their size and temperament at the time of your visit. If you are visiting for a specific animal encounter, please message us here to check their status before scheduling your visit.

We conduct Tours and Encounters rain or shine, leaving the decision to proceed up to our visitors. However, once a Tour or Encounter begins, there will be no rescheduling or refunds if you choose not to continue with the activity.

Yes, riding services such as Uber, Lyft, and taxis are welcome to drop off and pick up guests at the Redland Conservation Center. Please note that we do not accept late arrivals, so be sure to arrive on time. Tours will start promptly, and you will miss any interactions or activities that have already taken place if you are late. Upon arrival, you can check in at our designated tiki hut, where you can wait for your tour guide. When your encounter is over, you will be picked up from the same location. Please be aware that we do not have lockers; any personal belongings will be stored in a lockbox and are not allowed on tours or encounters.

The Ultimate Jungle Tour is a private experience. If you would like a specific encounter to be private, please contact us here to arrange a private encounter.

Yes. We have guest restrooms available.

You can purchase a tour or encounter up to 24 hours before the event date. However, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible since we have limited capacity and often sell out.
